Problem: Globalization has affected the way companies operate and experience change.  The leadership team of Company ENR wanted to develop a common  understanding of how they as a company wanted to lead change throughout the organization.

Solution: A carefully constructed VILT for the leadership team to come together and develop their ideas around leading change.  Participants engaged in a variety of activities through a Virtual Instructor-Led Training.
