This course was designed to train employees on information for families. This module used interactions, triggers and a quiz at the end to achieve the objectives.
Problem: Based on customer feedback from families, guest services representatives do not always know how to meet a family's needs. They answer questions inconsistently with respect to knowledge and amount of information.
Solution: I created an eLearning module to address the stated company goal of having its employees be able to give information consistently and accurately to families that would enhance their ski vacation.

LBR Consulting developed formalized norms for email use. Training was necessary for all employees to understand the new expectations. This module used multiple lessons and activities to achieve the learning objectives.
Problem: LBR consulting recognized the need to create protocols for email usage. Managers had received multiple reports of their direct reports being overwhelmed by email. Data analytics revealed that most email flow was coming internally. Leadership decided to institute a set of norms for internal company email.
Solution: I created an eLearning module to address the three stated company goals:
a) to allow email to be largely client focused (external).
b) to use email purposefully for clear, concise communication.
c) to establish when and how employees use internal email.
