I am an instructional designer and developer who transforms complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences. My work focuses on creating practical, performance-driven solutions that help learners build confidence, develop skills, and succeed in their roles.

With a background in education, coaching, and training, I enjoy partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design learning that is relevant, accessible, and actionable. Whether developing eLearning, systems training, or performance support resources, my goal is always the same: helping people learn effectively and apply what they learn with confidence.

Outside of work, I am a mom of two daughters, an avid skier, traveler, and lifelong learner who enjoys exploring new places, perspectives, and ideas.
