This interactive Storyline course teaches learners how to interpret and apply the Procurement Instrument Identifier (PIID). Through guided exploration, interactive practice, and scenario-based learning, learners build confidence using a complex system while reducing errors in real-world workflows. The course incorporates Storyline variables and triggers to create dynamic progress indicators, completion cues, and intuitive menu navigation, helping learners understand where they are in the course while supporting Section 508 accessibility requirements.
